Jango Fett is a skilled Mandalorian bounty hunter featured in the Star Wars prequel trilogy, specifically Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones.
He was chosen by the Sith Lord Count Dooku to be the genetic template for the clone army of the Republic. In exchange, Jango requested a substantial payment and an unaltered clone for himself, whom he named Boba Fett and raised as his son.
Fett was renowned for his combat prowess, piloting skills, and use of Mandalorian armor and weaponry, including dual blaster pistols and a jetpack. He met his end during the Battle of Geonosis, killed by Mace Windu.
